Say a little prayer for Cara's mom, Lisa. She was working out last week and broke her ankle. She is having surgery this morning. I have been trying to tell ya'll that working out is BAD!

Ha! I agree! When I fell down the stairs back in '02, I was headed out for a run. Of course this led to years of problems, 2 surgeries, screws, etc. and ended my exercise desires all together! My Dad told me at the time that "if you didn't come home from work to exercise this never would have happened. I have never injured myself drinking a beer after work!"
